2022 Don Scott Trot: 5K on the Runway

The Don Scott Trot: 5K on the Runway is a signature event at The Ohio State University Airport. Participants enjoy the annual opportunity to be on grounds typically reserved for aircraft. This special event fosters awareness, unity and community pride in the airport. In 2022 the 5K will be held August 27 at 8 a.m. Free parking will be on-site at the airport.

Race beneficiary: Ohio State Flight Education student scholarships
Ohio State’s premier Flight Education program prepares students to become high-achieving pilots across the aviation industry. However, the fees associated with advanced flight courses can prevent some students from reaching their full career potentials. Funds collected will provide scholarship support for students training to receive their multiengine commercial pilot certificate.
