The annual Ohio Air Mobility Symposium fosters collaboration amongst industry, academia, policymakers and regulators who are laying the groundwork for Ohio’s advanced air mobility (AAM) ecosystem. Through expert panels and speakers, the event will address the question of  “What does advanced air mobility mean for the State of Ohio?

  • Keynote: Robert Pearce, associate administrator for NASA’s Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate (ARMD), responsible for NASA’s Advanced Air Mobility project
  • Expert panels: Four discussions covering airspace integration, supply-chain, novel vehicle certification and community integration, with interwoven networking. Confirmed panelists from NASA, Electra Aero, Thales, Crown Consulting, Vertical Flight Society, Community Air Mobility Initiative and more!
  • Exclusive networking night at Ohio State’s Faculty Club, including cocktails and appetizers, and faculty and student research showcases
  • Treks to the Ohio UAS Center at the Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport and Ohio State University Research Centers

The 2020 Symposium drew 200+ attendees and featured panelists from NASA, Honeywell, Sikorsky, UPS Flight Forward, Elroy Air, Uber Elevate, Vertical Flight Society, Columbus Regional Airport Authority and Air Force Research Laboratories (AFRL).
